I'm so pleased to say I am now offering personal training at Energie Fitness, Hampton Hill. Over the years I’ve helped women quickly figure out what works for their body. Fitness is a lifestyle but that life has ups and downs and it’s my job to help you overcome those barriers when they arrive. My personal training style keeps women motivated through mind mapping their potential. I always see the best in my clients it’s about getting you to see the best in yourself so you can achieve whatever you want.
Transform body fat and weak muscles into a lean and toned body in 20 weeks or less
Muscle & Strength
Without a doubt the one thing you will get when working with me is noticeable change in your figure and strength. You will tone up from head to toe appearing stronger and tighter month to month. If you feel weak when you pick up the 1 and 2kg dumbbells in the gym don’t worry those days will quickly come to pass after working with me. I’ll have you pushing weights not even your friends and family members would believe until they see it.
Fat loss
I pride myself on helping women reduce their body fat. There’s so many methods you can use but one shoe doesn’t fit all. Through 1-1 consultations I quickly work out the right method my client needs, in order to lose body fat. This usually entails moving more, adjusting their diet or both. The clients who become lean and now possess flat stomachs often enjoy cardio/park runs etc and they’re happy to make adjustments to their diet to get the lean toned body they want.
Discipline
Ladies, we all know that social media and the internet shows us all the information we need if we want to get results, but if we don’t have discipline, nothing will change. When working with me I will hold you accountable with honest conversations and assessments of your progress and efforts. I can’t teach you discipline but I can teach you the way to go in order to get results, maintain results and build upon those results.
Confidence boosting
When we see someone in really good shape we think "wow that must have taken years of hard work". As you journey with me and become stronger and more toned, your confidence will grow from internal and external factors. I’m very aware of the snatched tight look you are trying to achieve but I’m more fulfilled knowing how you’re going to feel about yourself. You will not recognise the old you once you finish training with me and that’s the truth!

What I expect from you as a coach
• Be mentally ready to assess yourself and be hungry for change. Failure often results from if it’s the wrong time for you so ask yourself, if now is the right time to get in the best shape of your life?
• You must be willing to train regularly and learn how to perform squats, deadlifts, split squats, bench presses, shoulder presses and rows
• Be ready to eat a high protein diet. This is the icing on the cake for how I transform clients. I expect clients to be able to eat meats, dairy and whey supplements
• You must be tough and disciplined and willing to prioritise your fitness life. You must be results driven, always eager to learn and ready to apply my tips and tricks to help you build and maintain a beautiful strong figure.

Personal Training, in Hampton Hill
Personal training sessions with Piers take place at Energie Fitness, Hampton Hill. Your entrance to the gym is included in the personal training session so there is no need to be a member. In-person training sessions are available from 6am to 12pm Mon to Fri, and Saturday as agreed. Online training and courses are also available.
