Where & when we train
Personal training sessions with Piers take place at the Physique Warehouse in Molesey. Your entrance to the gym is included in the personal training session so there is no need to be a member. In-person training sessions are available from 6am to 12pm Mon to Fri, and Saturday as agreed. Online training and courses are also available.

Hi my name is Piers also known as the best female trainer in Surrey. It’s taken me 7 years to earn this title and what a journey it’s been.
There was a point in my childhood where I lived under the same roof as 6 women and I should’ve known from then that I was being destined to work with women. A wise man once said if you don’t choose your niche it will choose you and that’s what happened to me. At the beginning of my career, women seemed to flock towards my philosophy that gym is a lifestyle and that lifestyle yields great benefits such as being confident, becoming stronger and growing in discipline.
Over the years I’ve helped women quickly figure out what works for their body. Time isn’t an issue for the clients I work with because fitness is a lifestyle however that life has ups and downs and it’s my job to help you overcome those barriers when they arrive. I keep my clients motivated through mind-mapping their potential. I always see the best in my clients but it’s about getting them to see the best in themselves.
I pride myself on results. They are very important to me because I believe our lives are heavily dictated by our self-perception. I love watching clients go from low self-esteem and frustration to being confident, in the best shape of their lives and motivating all their girlfriends and family around them to hit the gym, get strong, become healthy and experience the same fulfilment.
